Creativity with a conscience.

Green Fox Studio began in 2018 as a conversation between friends who shared a belief in the power of creativity to create real-world change. With decades of experience in fast-paced, high-performance workplaces, they built a creative agency focused on meaningful design for measurable impact.

As the social enterprise agency grew, so did a not-for-profit training studio teaching incarcerated people graphic design, digital design, and animation.

Within the walls of high-security prisons, these students learn practical skills that are directly transferable to the workforce, making them highly employable and opening doors to new opportunities.

Since launching the program, we have successfully taught over 600 students, and we continue to train people experiencing disadvantage. Along the way, we’ve employed former students, won national recognition, and saved millions in taxpayer funds through reduced incarceration.

We’re rewriting stories, rebuilding confidence, and proving that creativity, when nurtured, can be a force for extraordinary good.

With over 18 years’ experience in the creative industry, Janine has played a lead role in delivering high-impact campaigns, brand transformations, and complex corporate communications across a wide range of sectors. She brings a strategic approach to every project, balancing creative vision with a strong understanding of what our clients want to achieve.

Janine’s intentional approach and exceptional eye for detail make her a trusted partner to our clients. Mel Craig

With over 25 years’ experience in the creative industry, Mel is a highly accomplished senior graphic designer who brings both creative excellence and organisational strength to every project she touches. Since graduating from UTS with a Bachelor of Design (Visual Communications), she has worked across a wide spectrum of clients, from emerging start-ups to large, complex organisations.

Mel keeps our projects running smoothly, on budget, and on deadline, all while being a genuine pleasure to work with.

Steph Stevenson

With over 17 years experience Steph has worked across diverse creative roles and industries, with the common thread being her commitment to delivering effective and visually-striking design work. She has extensive experience across print in particular, and her background in studio management gives her an edge when it comes to art direction, workflow management and quality control.

Steph has a passion for layout and illustration, and a keen ability to distill complex briefs into clear, engaging design solutions. She is dedicated to continually upskilling her craft, and has a positive attitude that can see the opportunity in any challenge.

Jade Korosec

Jade is an experienced developer who brings websites to life with a thoughtful balance of technical excellence and user-focused design. With over 19 years of experience working with WordPress, she has been involved in projects from concept through to launch, building custom themes and plugins tailored to each client’s needs.

Her skill set spans HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and she is confident working across a wide range of hosting environments. Jade’s strong understanding of user experience, paired with her keen eye for design, allows her to create websites that are not only visually engaging but intuitive, accessible, and optimised for conversion.

Marco Fox

Marco is a talented animator and designer specialising in 3D modelling, rigging, and visualisation across a wide range of industries, including architecture, product design, marketing, and advertising. His work combines technical precision with creative problem-solving, resulting in visuals that are both engaging and highly effective.

While 3D is where Marco shines, his skill set extends well beyond it. He regularly supports clients with video editing, character creation, animated explainer content, logo design, and digital assets across web, mobile, and social platforms.
